1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pep Bros LLC are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or use of any kind, and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. Products have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any purpose.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, that you or the end user are qualified to handle research chemicals, and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You agree not to use, resell, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption, administration, or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose, and not to market or label any product for such uses.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe a product may be used for a prohibited purpose. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Product information is limited to chemical characterization, such as sequence, molecular weight, purity, and storage data, as documented in each lot's Certificate of Analysis. We do not provide, and nothing on this site constitutes, guidance on dosing, preparation, or use.
You assume all responsibility for the safe receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of products in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable regulations.
Except as stated in the Certificate of Analysis, products are provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product involved.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pep Bros LLC, its owners, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use or misuse of products or your breach of these terms.
Because of the nature of research materials, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
